Belinda has extensive experience living and working in remote Northern Territory communities across education, health, research, and social innovation grounded in First Peoples knowledge systems and culture. Her work has focused on early childhood development, building family capacity, and trauma-informed practice, with a strong commitment to relational and community-led approaches.

Belinda has led multi-site programs, co-developed localised frameworks, and contributed to evidence-informed practice that supports meaningful systems change and positive outcomes for children, families, and communities. She is passionate about social justice, inclusion, and creating spaces that promote connection, healing, and belonging. Her lived experience as someone with an acquired brain injury and a carer for her Yolŋu foster son informs her practice and provides valuable insight into advocacy, cross-cultural relationships, and navigating education, health, and support systems alongside families.
