As part of your enrolment in the ENVISAGE program, we need to collect some information about you, your child, and your experience of the program. We collect this information to provide you with a high-quality program.

We will share some information with our community partners for the purpose of delivering the ENVISAGE program to you. This information is stored securely in Australia. We may also use de-identified information or quotes that you supply in publications such as presentations, reports, website or social media posts. Your personal information is protected by law, including by the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act).

To access our online learning platform, we use your first name and email address to create your online learning platform and account. Your user details are stored securely on a server in Canada.

It’s also necessary for us to share deidentified data (data that cannot identify you) to report program outcomes to the Australian Government’s Department of Social Services (DSS), who is funding this program via an IT system called the ‘Data Exchange’ to manage your details and the services we provide to you. To learn more about how DSS manages your personal information, including how you can access or correct your details or make a privacy complaint, visit the DSS website and read their privacy policy.

Your information will not be shared with any other Third Parties without your consent or unless authorised by law. Providing your personal information is not required by law, however we will be unable to provide the ENVISAGE program to you if you choose not to.

We take your privacy very seriously and will manage your personal information in accordance with the ACU Privacy Policy and in line with our privacy obligations under the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988, the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and, where applicable, international regulations.
