1. Promotion Overview:
   • The Envisage Mothering Celebration Giveaway 2026 (“Giveaway”) is a promotional offer running from 20h April to the 10th May 2026. 
2. Eligibility:
   • To be eligible for the Giveaway, participants must: 
     • a) Register for the Envisage Families Program before 11.59pm AEST on 10th May 2026.
     • b) Attend at least 2 workshop sessions of the Envisage Families Program you are enrolled in (either online or in person) before 5.00pm, Thursday 25th June 2026. 
     • c) Complete both surveys at the start and the end of the program you are enrolled in. 
     • d) You must reside in Australia
     • e) You must be aged eighteen years or over (18+) 
     • f) Be a caregiver of a child with disability, developmental concern or neurodivergence between the age of zero (0) and eight (8) years old. 
3. Entry Period:
   • The Giveaway is open from 20th April to the 10th May. 
   • All participants must register for a Term 2 program by 11.59 AEST on the 10th May.
4. Prizes:
   • There are three (3) prizes available to be won, each valued at $100 AUD. A hamper from Milly & Henry Containing:
     • Classic White Waffle Bathrobe
     • Fluffy Cream Slippers
     • Cove Emporium Soy Candle 100g
     • Cove Emporium Bath Salts 200g
     • Empire Australia Peach & Shea Butter Hand Balm 125g
     • Cocoa Collections White Chocolate Raspberries 110g
     • Luxe Tea Boutique Chai Tea 40g 
   • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
5. Draw Details:
   • Three (3) winners will be drawn at random on the draw date Tuesday 30th June 2026. 
   • Participant names who meet all of the eligibility criteria outlined in point 2 above and will be added to a randomiser to draw a name. 
6. Winner Notification:
   • Winner will be announced via the Envisage Instagram and Facebook pages in an abbreviated format such as “Sarah H.” or “Sarah H. from QLD”, subject to the winner’s consent. 
   • Winner will also be contacted directly by the Envisage team using the contact information provided during registration.
7. General Conditions:
   • By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
   • Envisage reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who engages in any fraudulent or unlawful conduct.
   • Envisage reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, including extending or terminating the Giveaway.
   • Entry is open to anyone who resides in Australia aged 18 years and over, who is a caregiver of a child with disability, developmental concerns or neurodivergence. 
   • Employees, Facilitators and Contractors of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible.
   • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn.
8. Privacy:
   • Personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Envisage Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability:
   • To the extent permitted by law, Envisage is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or in connection with the Giveaway, including but not limited to technical failures, errors, or omissions.
10. Governing Law:
    • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of  Charitable and Non- Profit Gaming Act 1999, Charitable and Non- Profit Gaming Regulation 1999 and the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Rule 2010. and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
